Flower of a Girl

In a bathroom, I found myself
crying in a heap on the floor. The mirror was
the logical place to look, and that was where I found her: a girl
like me, a
flower of a girl, shadowy and hard to look at. She seemed an uncommon
type
of person. Right away, I felt burdened by her, and doubted she could
help
me. But I gave her a warm invitation.
Flower
Now after many years, we are still together, though whether we speak
the
same language is unclear, and we continue to argue over our name.
This is
only natural, I suppose, since our mother gave it to us.
